Barbecue Onion Meatloaves - Lip Smackin' Good

This recipe is so simple, and yet so tasty, it will make you cry. Using our Old Hickory Classic BBQ Sauce and Lucky 7 Seasoning. I served these with just some roasted potatoes coated in LSG’s Lucky 7 Seasoning and aside of asparagus.

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  • 1/3 cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup Lip Smackin’ Old Hickory Classic BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 cup crushed seasoned stuffing

  • 1 tablespoon onion soup mix

  • 1-1/4 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)

  • Minced fresh parsley, optional

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees.

  • Place parchment paper (or aluminum foil) on a baking sheet, and a baking/cooling rack on top.

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, stuffing and onion soup mix. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into five loaves, place onto cooling/baking rack

  • Cook for 30 minutes. Remove from oven brush with barbecue sauce, then place back in oven on Hi Broil for 5 minutes.

NOTES: You can change out the stuffing for oatmeal if you want, just make sure you add seasoning.
