1 bell pepper
1 onion
1lb Shrimp
1 pack of Cajun Andouille Sausage
Two 10oz packs frozen riced cauliflower
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon Da Bayou Spice Blend
1 cup chicken broth
Dice bell pepper and onion then sauté until soft, chop up precooked sausage and toss into the veggies for a few minutes until browned and warmed, add in the cauliflower rice (uncooked), add Da Bayou Seasoning, tomato paste and broth. Cook until the cauliflower starts to get tender, then add in the shrimp for the last 2-3 minutes.
NOTE: This recipe can get a bit spicy with the Cajun seasoning and the addition of the Cajun sausage. To cut down on the spice, I like to use regular sausage but still incorporate all of the wonderful flavors of the Cajun Seasoning.
